We get our milk delivered to the doorstep in glass bottles:(

Thankfully my next-door neighbour works at a water bottling plant :)

We have two of those large water dispenser bottles. We used them for the courgettes earlier on in the year.

I have used those plastic milk cartons too, you can also cut the top and bottoms off and use them as collars around strawberry plants as they hold up the berry stalks off the grown :)

Put a light smear of vaseline around the neck, slugs hate the stuff, nearly as much as we hate slugs......
