UK Veg Gardeners

This is a newbie speaking. Growing up on the Swedish country-side (forest, forest, etc) with vegetable-growing as a natural, you'd think I would've done it myself after moving out. But no. As so often is the case today, I've spent my grown-up life in cities and been quite disconnected from nature, slowly forgetting anything I might've learned.

After many turns and future anecdotes, I ended up in London and eventually found myself inhabiting a garden flat. And suddenly my slumbering gardener inside woke up. So here I am trying to grow some vegetables on trial and failure basis, learning as I go along.

This chilli is my first soon-to-be harvested vegetable! My flatmate gave me a small pot of grow-your-own chillies and tomatoes, and they kicked the whole thing off. Unfortunately they all died during my almost month-long visit to Sweden during x-mas (oops). A few brave chillies survived though, and this friendly one has finally decided I could make use of a fruit! And it's starting to turn red! I'm off to a good start!

really beautiful!  Do they do well indoor?  I grew some in the garden two years ago but the fruits were much smaller than yours.

It's seems like it's the ideal place for them, though I've had quite a problem with the flowers dropping off! After an aha-moment, I started using tomato feed, and things are happening now. And yes, they are all approaching this size. Maybe it's also about what variety we're using? Have no idea which this is though ...
