Its all looking good Rob, but sometimes its hard to keep up with all the jobs-life just gets in the way! Nevertheless, looks like you had some good crops as well as some less so-my tomatoes and borlottis have been useless this year and the rocket got eaten by flea beetle, the mangetoouts have now succumbed to mildew and they were fabulous last year. Beans doing well now but slow to get started and the best potatoes, raspberries and broad beans ever. No sign of any butternut squash but some good sized pumpkins and onion gourds-feels like the end of the season now.

Oh dear sounds like you have a few ups and downs, but  then so have we all this year.  It has all been a bit topsy-turvy.  Are we down-hearted?  Yes! Not really, there's always next year, (she says optimistically).

It's the way it goes isn't it Elaine? Not down-hearted really, if it was easy to grow the stuff it wouldn't be anywhere near as much fun! It'll be five years since I had the plot tomorrow and still learning loads all the time, it's all good experience and more importantly still enjoying it just as much!
