The farm is set out in quaters, with paths in a + , so have been edging the beds with scaffold boards, yesterday (sunday) clocked in, on site at 6am and interred more boardand weeded. We have a newbie opposite to my plot, who has taken on a weed infested, not overgrown plot, but over the last couple of weeks she has not made much headway in clearing it. As she is moving into the new flats 40 yards opposite to our plots she has to be encouraged.( Security Guard)....So me and my mate @plot 14, went in and cleared it for her, then I sprayed the whole plot with Roundup, as she is a plump girl the digging will be left to her....Watered my plot and at 3.30pm went home for my breakfast feeling dodgy. Hence no work today, 9 and a half hours with no covering of the bald patch, sunstroke......Today ordered from Robinsons, their select mammoth onion seed, Ne plus ultra peas, Purple and Solent Wight Garlic and a new one on me, Vigour Garlic. Potted on 4 peter peppers into 12" pots, the plan had been to grow them up the farm, but with this weather, shall keep them indoors for the present.........
