Well done. I love home grown caulis as they taste so soft but I have been unsuccessful in previous years. This is the Year of the Cauli otherwise I will stop beating myself up and grow something else in the space. I've put a little milk in the water to keep it white.

We keep threatening to stop trying, maybe that's why they've grown so well this year.

Mine are hearting up nicely....won't be long now. One of my favourite meals is bacon with cauliflower cheese. Simple but tasty.
I'm lucky in having a fairly heavy and slightly alkaline soil which suits caulies very well.
