After some mind numbing pain trying to sieve my peat for my parsnips, I purchased a shredder

Team Green

On sunday we had another go at the volunteering day, it was a case of quality rather than quantity as with the nippy weather some people maybe decided it was a sitting by the fire day! 9 of us got quite a bit done though including weeding and mulching the edible hedge, grapevines and the Rowan nursery and making a start on widening a path which was great. It was cold but beautiful, lovely light which comes before snow and very still. We ate a load of squash soup and perhaps slightly too many… Continue
