"sorry Darren not a good photo, and i am not good at uploading things!! yes it is about 9ft high, the barrels are a double row down the middle and 2 either side of the door 20 intotal, it wasnt quite finished when this was taken it now has a door on!…"

"will try and get some photos on and no we never prechit, took just 30 days for the first ones, now all up, really pleased, boring for the short carrots today, wont be planted though until about 14 april, otherwise we find they can get too big."

Hi Ray, Bob Plant here knew Roly well and Bob Merick before he passed away, l do believe your  the Ray  that lived up the drive beside the Foaming Jug.l do believe you've been up my garden when l used to grow chrysanths allso remember you at the Dudley show at Himley Hall, it will be nice to have a chat, hope to here from you soon.  PS allways had your wife with you at the shows.

My mentor Bob Brown came 3rd with Long Carrots in what was a strong class with 16, 1st and 2nd taken by Ian Simpson and Dave Thornton respectively
