I thought I would give an update as to what has been happening in my tenement garden.

In late February, we had 1.5 tonnes of white limestone gravel delivered at 8am on a rainy Saturday morning. Me and the Mr had to move the gravel from the main street to the main hall first, then from there down 20 steps, and then up 10 steps to finally get into the garden. Living in a city and in a tenement, green space is tight.

After having been on the allotment waiting list for years with no result,  last year I took responsibility of our overgrown tenement garden with agreement of all the owners as no one believed that something could be made out of it.
