I must say, Carrots were one of the first vegetables I began growing myself. Why? Well mainly due to the fact that I use a lot of carrots in my cooking. I must say, Carrots were one of the first vegetables I began growing myself. Why? Well mainly due to the fact that I use a lot of carrots in my cooking. It seemed like a sensible choice and in fact, was a sensible choice.
