Has my lemon tree died?

After a harsh winter of snow, despite being snuggled up in a fleecy cover, my lemon tree has really suffered. All the leaves are shrivelled and brown and the lemons are hard and black (see photos). I have since cut all the dead leaves and branches back to where it is green and I'm hoping it will eventually grow back. Does anyone have any tips to revitalise it or am I too late?See More
