"You have to use good methods when eating Mark. Always save a piece of the raw mushroom for analysis, in case you get took poorly.  Always sample carefully, especially if you are, not sure. Have a small amount   and then the rest a day…"

We are novice fungi foragers, at the moment we limit ourselves to field mushrooms on an old ww2 airfield. Last year was very poor and there was nothing to crop. Hopefully this year it will be back to normal.
