"As Colin says, providing they are frost and damp free, you should have no problems.I store my carrots in exactly the same way"

"If you keep them cool but frost free they should store right through to late winter/early spring.   We never have sufficient to make it worth bothering with but I always grow some in containers and bring them into the greenhouse to picked as…"
