"Yes, thanks - I will have a read of this forum. I think it's just worry about the unknown, I was worried about keeping hens four years ago, and yet it's been very straightforward!"

Ducks

Thinking of buying four ducks to add to my six hens. Does anyone have any experience with ducks - any advice on breeds? I've spoken to a couple of people who say they can live in the same house as long as the hens all roost. I would just like a bit more advice. I'm thinking probably call ducks as they seem to be the most calm. Does their name ring true - do they make a lot of noise? Any answers gratefully received!See More
