First Strawberry Flowers of 2012 Season !

Just checked my indoor strawberry plants in my greenhouse today and I have the first flowers of the season. I have put a picture on my blog Plough Your Own Furrow.can't wait to get my first strawberries, but don't think there will be enough for a large feast somehow !!!Anyone else got any flowers on their strawberries yet ?See More

"It has to be onions for me. I love them in everything. You can't beat, bread covered with cheese, tomato and chopped onion and then put under the grill !!!  Tomatoes would also come a very close second"

"I use hanging baskets in the greenhouse for an early crop of strawberries. It seems a waste to have all that space available before the tomatoes grow up and not to use it. Even in an unheated greenhouse you should be able to get strawbs at least…"

"I bought one of the cheapo wheelbarrows out of B&Q and had a puncture late last year. I got out the puncture repair kit found the puncture and fixed it and it has been as good as new. Saved me getting a new wheel/wheel barrow. I would persevere…"
