Mine is only just reaching maturity, Stephen - so much for being "extra Early"!
Comment by Stephen Byrne on February 4, 2013 at 20:10 I'm a bit bemused by it Mark, wondering if there was a bit of a mix-up, some of the plants quickly flowered and ran to seed before Christmas. But 3 plants held out until now, well the last couple of weeks. I had given up on them. Worth waiting for.
Comment by David Ford on February 13, 2013 at 18:49 I always think it`s a pity the colour disappears when you cook it, looks tasty all the same
Comment by Stephen Byrne on February 18, 2013 at 0:06 It's one of my favourite veg, David. I don't mind that it takes forever to come to fruition. No doubt the big commercial growers are working on one that will keep its colour!
