Hi Fred; I'd like to know the story behind this! Did someone burn down your shed or what?

This plot is next door to me, mine is to the left of this photo. The above plot was taken on last year by our District Councils, Parks and Open Spaces Officer (Bloke in charge of allotments). There was a beautiful shed stood on this spot, but, Mr. Muppet the allotment man, removed one side elevation (south facing) and reroofed with clear plastic sheeting, plus patio area to the front, In effect created a very posh bus shelter. Now on my many visits to the allotment site last November / December, sat in the bus shelter were various members of the local alcoholic community, with which large quantities of broken bottles and cans appeared on allotment plots. Come the end of January, went up one Monday morning  and was met by this mess. (been torched) With which Mr. Muppet has been up, removed his strawberry plants and rhubarb crowns and not been seen since....Our tenancy agreement requires us, to return our plots in good order, but the man in charge of the areas allotments leaves his in this state. We have no one on the waiting list and at least 7 or 8 vacant plots on our site, so I asked to take this plot on, but was refused, the council has a moratorium in place where a household may only have one 5 pole plot. So I have copped the hump, this plot will now get overgrown, and the weed seeds blown on my plot....
