The garlic this year is just amazing-this is soft necked Albigensian Wight. Absolutely no loss through rot. This wonderful hot weather must have come just at the right time!
Thanks-I keep looking at them with such pleasure. I am still wondering what conditions made for such a successful crop. No doubt the final burst of heat must have helped and for the first time, I have given my garlic regular feeds of comfrey 'tea' alongside the usual 2 helpings of sulphate of potash around March and May.
