sorry Darren not a good photo, and i am not good at uploading things!! yes it is about 9ft high, the barrels are a double row down the middle and 2 either side of the door 20 intotal, it wasnt quite finished when this was taken it now has a door on! yes that is our big tunnel on the right, 24 x 12, we take the panels off in the summer and there is netting under them, lots of ventilation, we also have a long narrow tunnel where the tomatoes are going this year thats 20 x 8, not so easy to keep cool, we will have to think about netting on there.  are you on facebook? i have put a lot of photos of the garden on there have problems getting the photos on this site,  our stump carrots are grown under cover as well, but only an insect cover over some hoopsbut it works well. we had the root tunnel so high beacause parsnips get pretty tall and we are very exposed here and leaves were getting broken, parsnips are up really well and long carrots just started, stumps will go in next week, bit of an essay sorry :)

Ray & Den

Wow  That looks like a serious root tunnel.  Living as far North and East as I do and only just starting out on this growing for showing. I am only trying to compete at village and area shows.  My problem is the shows start here on 30th July and without a tunnel I struggle to get stuff ready.  But its all a learning curve,
