Share 'Have You Started Any Seeds Off Yet, and Peppers?'

I think the first seeds I will sow will be peppers as they need a long growing season. The problem is that if they're started too early they have to be molly coddled much longer, and low light levels mean that they grow leggy. When do you think is the best time to sow pepper seeds, and have you started sowing anything else yet?
