Share 'Parsnip Perfection?'

Well at least I got some to germinate this year and grew them to a reasonable size, but perfection is  far from an apt description of the end result. Some had rotted in the ground, most were stumpy, lots had twirling roots, there were bug infestations on others and the cores were bigger than the tender outside by the time I peeled them.
