I`ve used Wordpress and Blogger. I think Blogger is the easier of the two, but Wordpress is the better in terms of what you can do with it.

I can read my blog but when I attempt to access the dashboard I get a message from Google saying that the url is too large. This is preventing me from editing or adding new content to my blog and I can't access the links to the blogs I'm following. Very frustrating!

In response to Phils comment, I used Blogger for a while for a metal detecting and photography blogs I'd created but started to have problems so switched to Weebly where I have my veggie site. Easy to use and set up and they allow you to create a free site.
