This is a Romanian bean I'm growing this year, and it's really nice. The taste is different from wax beans (which I don't care for), and the texture is very soft but also crisp and not mushy. They are large and flat in shape.
Does anyone know this bean? Has anyone ever grown anything similar, maybe a British variety? It would be interesting to compare and contrast.
