Redcurrant bush not producing fruit for 2nd year... ideas?

My redcurrant bush has not produced any fruit for the 2nd year now and wondering if anyone can offer an explanation?

Its a very healthy looking but not produced any flowers again this year. It was brought and planted in in '09 so I thought it may need time to settle but still nothing.   It is a little too close to a raspberry bush (autumn variety, which does very well).
