This month there are free sunflower & sweet pea seeds on the mag as well!!

Having grown it, I thought I'd try it in as many recipes as I could and now I love it, even keeping it in the fridge as snack food!

Comment by Caro on May 5, 2011 at 14:51: Yes, I have! Zoe, it was the first proper recipe I attempted! Can't go wrong with cake, I always think... I was told it's very popular in Australia. The one I made definitely had undertones of beetroot but it's a wonderfully moist cake and I quite enjoyed it with a dollop of cream on the top! Yum. Definitely worth baking!
