Choosing and keeping chickens by Chris Graham written in association with Poultry Magazine, this is the best book I've got Debbie, don't know if that's any help.  You can get it on Amazon.

Thanks Elaine, funnily enough I was looking at Practical poutlry magazine and saw a book about hatching and rearing birds, and i think the gold cockeral series has a book on it.

 

Will have a look on Amazon now and see if I can find it! Thanks x
