Now living in the Belgian Ardennes with 2000 m2 I have to say it is Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall. I have been in awe of him since the start of River Cottage and every time I need a reminder of why we are taking on this project I watch a few episodes and I breath easier and feel more at ease. He is like a zen master for me!
