UK Veg Gardeners

Which soup do you enjoy making the most with produce from the garden?

I have a few but Spicy Parsnip and Carrot and Coriander rate up there with the best. What's yours, and if it's your own, please share the recipe?

Definitely Leek and Potato

nettle soup, for  I  have never grown enough produce  to make soup.

I usually have Nettle Soup each spring but foraged from the hedgerows. I try to not have that many growing on my plot.

At the moment it's spicy parsnip as well as the aforementioned 'Allotment'. My favourite 'non-allotment' depends on what's to hand and the time of the year...
