Peas in their pods
I was picking some peas in their pods this weekend.
When the pea is smaller it is much sweeter, especially when eating straight out of the pod. Once the peas have swollen they are slightly less sweet, and have a harder shell.
So what do you prefer, small and sweet or plumper peas?
