Growing Gherkins

I grew gherkins last year for the first time, i had so many from 2 plants. but you have to check them daily and pick them young. They seem to grow at an amazing rate and just seem to appear! good luck, i'm growing more this year too.

Well done! Mr Sparkles!   Did you grow them indoor or outdoor?  Do you have to give them lots of feed?  I would love to grow them too.

i grew them outdoors, and to be honest didn't feed them at all, but i do have rather fertile soil and it was manured at the start of the season

Mine are going outside in a copious quantity of peat.
