I noticed today that the elderflowers are just starting to show round here.
Time to sterilize the equipment and get ready for some serious elderflower champagne making. It really is a lovely summer drink.

Opened a bottle tonight and boy, did it have some fizz!!
Supper is a mini Melton Mowbray pie and half a pint of elderflower champagne. How sophisticated is that?
