Best natural slug pellets?

Can you recommend the best natural (organic if poss) slug pellets to get. My cabbages are taking a battering so I need to get on top of things this weekend.

I have 3 cats and 2 chickens roming my garden so we use natural pet friendly pellets check the link hope this helps

If you have access to seaweed it works brilliantly-the slugs seem to hate it-probably the salt?

The egg shells and seaweed work well...also coffee grounds..make friends at your local coffee shop and leave them a container...they are a bit acid though
